I hereby commit myself, as of today, to respect the conditions set by your Bank with respect to this service, as well as all and any decision taken by your Institution in this regard, namely those mentioned in the present request.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE SERVICE WHICH ALLOWS RECEIPT, VIA SMS, OF CERTAIN INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ACCOUNTS OPENED IN THE BOOKS OF CREDIT LIBANAIS SAL
The subscription to the service provided by Credit Libanais SAL, which allows receipt, via SMS, of certain information pertaining to accounts opened in the books of the Bank is subject to the conditions hereunder, read and approved by the customer.

a-

Safekeep their mobile phone line and number at all times and under their sole responsibly; and avoid losing said device, thus releasing the Bank from any liability resulting from any information read, reviewed or stolen through the mobile phone or through any other mean which gives access to the accounts of the Account Holder and the information related thereto.

b-

Immediately notify the Bank by means of a written notice of the theft of their mobile phone or any change brought to their mobile phone number. The Bank shall only be held liable as of the date of receipt of the above-mentioned notice.

c-

Settle all subscription fees, commissions and costs set by the Bank periodically. The Account Holder shall, to this effect, give the Bank full and irrevocable power of attorney to post said commissions and costs into any of the accounts opened in their name in the books of the Bank.

d-

Maintain sufficient amounts in their accounts to cover the costs and charges related to the above-mentioned service. However, the Account Holder hereby irrevocably authorizes the Bank, at any time and without prior notification, to set-off over any creditor account opened in the name of the Account Holder in any currency and in any of the Bank's branches, independently of the type or form of the account, including savings accounts.

3) The Bank shall have the right, at its sole discretion and without any prior warning, notice or any other type of advice, to restitute the right given to the Account Holder to subscribe to the above-mentioned services, and has therefore the right to terminate the subscription of the Account Holder to said services.

4) The Bank shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to bring any amendments to the conditions related to the subscription to the service which allows receipt, via SMS, of information pertaining to the accounts' movements, and to terminate or amend the Terms and Conditions of the above-mentioned service. In such circumstances, the Account Holder shall not have the right to oppose to such measures or request any compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever.

5) The Bank and the third party with whom it collaborates to transmit the information shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the delay in transmitting and transferring the information, non receipt or errors or loss of information, coercive disruption or emergency cases such as electricity shortage, disruption of business continuity, strikes, force majeure, natural disasters, security problems, measures taken by the country's authorities or tapping, or any other incidents. For this reason, the Bank shall not be held liable for any damage incurred by the Account Holder or by their technical or electrical or electronic equipment in case any of the above-mentioned events occur.

6) The Account Holder shall waive the right to invoke Banking Secrecy towards the Bank or any other third party the latter collaborates with to transmit the information or transfer them via SMS to the Account Holder's mobile phone. The Account Holder explicitly gives their consent for the display, on the screens of electronic devices, of the numbers of the accounts falling under the service mentioned in the present request, as well as the accounts' balances and other information related thereto, while transmitting any information to the Account Holder. The latter shall also release the Bank from any responsibility regarding Banking Secrecy in case any third party succeeds, without the Bank's consented contribution, to acquire information pertaining to accounts opened in the name of the Account Holder in the books of the Bank.

7) The Account Holder acknowledges that the messages sent on their mobile phone and pertaining to their accounts' movements shall not have executory power towards the Bank. The registers of the Bank and statements issued by the latter shall solely have executory power and shall be considered as legal proof to the validity of the operations and registers related to the accounts.

8) The Account Holder acknowledges that all the information related to them which are submitted to the Bank and mentioned in the present request are accurate and exhaustive.

9) The Terms and Conditions of the agreements or any other documentation signed by the Account Holder are considered an integral part of the present request. In case any contradiction with the provisions of the present request arises, the stipulations mentioned in said request shall prevail.

10) The service allowing receipt, via SMS, of information pertaining to accounts' movements shall terminate upon the death of the Account Holder. Termination shall take effect as of the date in which the Bank receives notification of the death of the Account Holder. All amounts due to the Bank by the Account Holder shall automatically be registered even after the death of the latter. The heirs of the Account Holder shall, jointly and severally, commit to honor the obligations stipulated in the present request, as well as all and any amount due by their legator.

11) The settlement of any dispute which arises as a result of the interpretation or execution of the conditions mentioned in the present request are solely subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Beirut, in accordance with the provisions of applicable Lebanese Laws and Banking Regulations.
