Customer care unit

Our Customer Care Unit is the Bank's central unit for the reception and handling of all customer feedback and complaints.
The Unit manages and channels customer complaints via phone, email and written customer feedback forms placed in branches; it also conducts daily phone courtesy campaigns to proactively seek customer input.

Operating hours

The telephone banking service is accessible 24 hours/day, 7 days/week whereas Customer Service Agents are available 16 hours/day Monday to Sunday from 08:00 am till 12.00 am.
